Located in Idaho`s capital, our Boise location puts students in the middle of Idaho`s government and business center. Smith-Hill Law Office is a law firm located in Moscow, Idaho. Janice Smith-Hill currently practices in state and federal courts in Idaho and Washington and is admitted to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
